Deadline Extended for March Trip

Union, Missouri – The registration deadline has been extended for the March trip with Union Parks & Recreation Department (UPRD). Travel to Illinois’ longest running community theater, Alton Little Theater, originally founded in 1933 on Tuesday, March 20 for the Dinner & Chuckles Trip. Travelers will see the hilarious comedy Exit Laughing. This production will showcase a group of “almost-Golden Girls” gathering for their weekly bridge game night to plan for their trip around the world. A delectable fried chicken family-style dinner will be enjoyed at Castelli’s Restaurant at 255 before the show. The fee is $75 per person and includes dinner, show, gratuities and transportation.

The trip will depart from City Hall, located at 500 E. Locust, at 3:30pm and will return at approximately 10:45pm. Guests are asked to arrive to City Hall no later than 3:15pm for an on time departure.
